NOW THEREFORE IN CONSIDERATION OF the mutual covenants contained herein and within the Integration Agreement and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by each of the parties, the parties hereby agree as follows:

NOW THEREFORE IN CONSIDERATION OF the mutual covenants herein contained, the consent by the City to the Owner’s plan pursuant to the Planning Act, and the provision of other good and valuable consideration (the receipt and adequacy of which is acknowledged) the Parties herein covenant and agree as follows:

NOW THEREFORE IN CONSIDERATION OF the. SUM OF ONE ($1.00) USD, THE RECEIPT AND SUFFICIENCY OF WHICH IS HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGED, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
