NOW, THEREFORE, THIS SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE WITNESSETH. For and in consideration of the premises and the purchase of the Notes by the Holders thereof, it is mutually agreed, for the equal and proportionate benefit of all Holders of the Notes, as follows: ARTICLE ONE APPLICATION OF SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE AND CREATION OF THE INITIAL NOTES Section 101. Application of This Supplemental Indenture. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Supplemental Indenture, the provisions of this Supplemental Indenture, including as provided in Section 102 below, are expressly and solely for the benefit of the Holders of the Notes and the Subsidiary Guarantees and shall not apply to any other series of Securities that may be issued hereafter under the Base Indenture. The Notes constitute a series of Securities (as defined in the Base Indenture) as provided in Section 301 of the Base Indenture. Unless otherwise expressly specified, references in this Supplemental Indenture to specific Article numbers or Section numbers refer to Articles and Sections contained in this Supplemental Indenture, and not the Base Indenture or any other document.
