NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH. The parties hereby agree as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH. That for and in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein and other good and valuable considerations, and the covenants and agreements hereinafter contained to be kept and performed by the respective parties hereto, it is agreed as follows:

THAT in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants, agreements, representations and warranties contained herein, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto hereby agree as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH. That it is hereby agreed between the parties hereto that this Agreement be amended and restated as of February 8, 2013 pursuant to Section 9(b) hereof as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Purchaser and Seller hereby agree as follows:
