Common use of NOW THIS DEED WITNESSES as follows Clause in Contracts

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSES as follows. Unless the context otherwise requires, (a) words and expressions defined in the Voting Agreement shall have the same meanings when used in this Deed, and (b) the rules of interpretation contained in Section 1.02 (Interpretation) of the Voting Agreement shall apply to the construction of this Deed.
