Common use of NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH as follows Clause in Contracts

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH as follows. The Security Trustee hereby acknowledges and declares that, from the date of this Deed, it holds and shall hold the Trust Property on trust from time to time and at all times for the other Banks on the terms and basis set out in the Loan Agreement.

The Security Trustee hereby acknowledges and declares that, from the date of this Deed, it holds and shall hold the Trust Property on trust from time to time and at all times for certain of the other Banks Creditors on the terms and basis set out in the Loan Agreement.

The Security Trustee hereby acknowledges and declares that, from the date of this Deed, it holds and shall hold the Trust Property on trust from time to time and at all times for the other Banks Lenders, the Facility Agent and the Swap Provider on the terms and basis set out in the Loan Agreement.
