Common use of NPA Phase-In Report Clause in Contracts

In accordance with Commission Procedure 51.401-01, Phase-In Procedures, the CNA shall report the status of all projects that have an approved phase-in period to the Commission, Director, Oversight and Compliance, on a quarterly basis.
