Common use of Ntero Sublicense Clause in Contracts

Ntero Sublicense. Concurrently with their execution of this Agreement, Broncus and Asthmatx will enter into a separate Sublicense Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C, pursuant to which Broncus will sublicense Asthmatx to certain rights held by Broncus under its existing License Agreement with Ntero Surgical, Inc.
