Common use of Nuisance Clause in Contracts

Nuisance. Tenant shall not permit any nuisance or use or practice on or about the Premises, the Building or elsewhere on the Property which is in violation of the Landlord’s rules and regulations or any municipal ordinance, law, rule or regulation or any State or Federal laws or which unreasonably interferes with or is an unreasonable annoyance to the peaceful possession or proper use of the premises of other tenants or occupants; the determination of such interference or annoyance to be at the sole discretion of the Landlord.

Nuisance. Tenant shall will not do or permit any nuisance anything to be done in or use or practice on or -------- about the Premises, Premises which will in any way obstruct or interfere with the Building or elsewhere on the Property which is in violation operation of the Landlord’s rules and regulations Project or any municipal ordinance, law, rule or regulation or any State or Federal laws or which unreasonably interferes with or is an unreasonable annoyance to the peaceful possession or proper use of the premises rights of other tenants or occupants; the determination of such interference or annoyance to be at the sole discretion occupants of the LandlordProject or injure, disturb or annoy other tenants or occupants of the Project.

Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises or the Property which will in any way obstruct or interfere with the rights of other tenants; nor shall Tenant cause, maintain or permit any nuisance or use or practice on in or about the Premises or Property which will disturb the peaceful occupancy of any other tenants; nor shall Tenant commit or allow any immoral or illegal acts within the Premises, the Building or elsewhere on the Property which is in violation of the Landlord’s rules and regulations commit or any municipal ordinance, law, rule or regulation or any State or Federal laws or which unreasonably interferes with or is an unreasonable annoyance to the peaceful possession or proper use of the premises of other tenants or occupants; the determination of such interference or annoyance suffer to be at committed any waste in or about the sole discretion of the LandlordProperty.

The Tenant shall not permit any nuisance or use or practice on or about the Premises, the Building or elsewhere do anything on the Property which is in violation of the Landlord’s rules and regulations Premises that causes or threatens to cause any municipal ordinancenuisance, lawannoyance, rule damage, disturbance, inconvenience or regulation or any State or Federal laws or which unreasonably interferes with or is an unreasonable annoyance injury to the peaceful possession Landlord or proper use to the owners and occupiers of the premises of any other tenants or occupants; the determination of such interference or annoyance to be at the sole discretion of the Landlordproperty.

Nuisance. (a) The Tenant shall not permit any nuisance or use or practice on do anything in or about the Premises, Premises or the Building or elsewhere on the Property which is in violation or might be or become a nuisance or which causes or might cause danger, damage, annoyance, inconvenience or disturbance to the Landlord or to the owners, tenants or occupiers of the Landlord’s rules and regulations or any municipal ordinanceAdjoining Property, law, rule or regulation or any State or Federal laws or which unreasonably interferes with or is an unreasonable annoyance might be injurious to the peaceful possession value, tone, amenity or proper use character of the premises of other tenants Premises or occupants; the determination of such interference or annoyance to be at the sole discretion of the LandlordBuilding.
