Tenant will not conduct itself or permit Tenant's Representatives or Visitors to conduct themselves, in the Premises or anywhere on or in the Property in a manner which is offensive or unduly annoying to any other Tenant or Landlord's property managers. Tenant will shall not use or keep in or on the Premises Premises, the Building, or the Property any kerosene, gasoline gasoline, explosive material, corrosive material, material capable of emitting toxic fumes, or other inflammable or combustible fluid chemical, substitute or material other than limited material, except Tenant may use and store normal small quantities thereof reasonably necessary for of materials that are customarily used in the maintenance conduct of general office equipmentactivities, orsuch as copier fluids and cleaning supplies, without Landlord's prior written approval, provided such use any method of heating or air conditioning other than that supplied by Landlordand storage complies with applicable Laws. Tenant will shall provide material safety data sheets for any Hazardous Material used or kept on the Premises. At the expiration or termination of this Lease Tenant shall remove all such materials from the Premises and the Property. Tenant shall not use use, keep or keep permit to be used or kept, any foul or noxious gas or substance in or on the Premises or permit or suffer the Premises to be occupied or used in a manner offensive or objectionable to Landlord or other occupants of the Building by reason of noise, odors or vibrations, or interfere in any way with other tenants or those having business thereinPremises. Landlord acknowledges and agrees that Tenant’s use of backup batteries in the Premises shall not violate the terms of this Section so long as Tenant maintains the same in accordance with all applicable Laws and properly disposes of the same upon the expiration or earlier termination of the Lease.

Except as otherwise permitted under the Lease, Tenant will not use or keep in the Premises or the Property any kerosene, gasoline or other combustible fluid or material other than limited quantities thereof reasonably necessary for the maintenance of office equipment, or, without Landlord's ’s prior written approval, use any method of heating or air conditioning other than that supplied by Landlord. Tenant will not use or keep any foul or noxious gas or substance in the Premises or permit or suffer the Premises to be occupied or used in a manner which would reasonably be offensive or objectionable to Landlord or other occupants of the Building by reason of noise, odors or vibrations, or interfere in any way with other tenants or those having business therein. Tenant will not bring or keep any animals animals, except Service Animals, in or about the Premises or the Property.

Tenant will shall not use or keep in or on the Premises Premises, the Building, or the Property any kerosene, gasoline gasoline, explosive material, corrosive material, material capable of emitting toxic fumes, or other inflammable or combustible fluid chemical, substitute or material other than limited material, except Tenant may use and store normal small quantities thereof reasonably necessary for of such materials customarily used in the maintenance conduct of general office equipmentactivities, orsuch as copier fluids and cleaning supplies, without Landlord's prior written approval, provided such use any method of heating or air conditioning other than that supplied by Landlordand storage complies with applicable environmental Laws. Tenant will shall provide material safety data sheets for any Hazardous Material used or kept on the Premises. At the expiration or termination of this Lease Tenant shall remove all such materials from the Premises and the Property. Tenant shall not use use, keep or keep permit to be used or kept, any foul or noxious gas or substance in or on the Premises or permit or suffer the Premises to be occupied or used in a manner offensive or objectionable to Landlord or other occupants of the Building by reason of noise, odors or vibrations, or interfere in any way with other tenants or those having business thereinPremises. Tenant will shall not bring throw anything out of doors, windows or keep any animals in skylights or about the Premises or the Propertydown passageways.

Tenant will not bring or keep any animals in or about the Premises or the Property. 7. Window Coverings. No curtains, draperies,, shutters,, awnings, screens or other coverings, window ventilators, hangings, decorations or similar equipment shall be attached to, hung or placed in, or used in or with any window of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord, and Landlord shall have the right to control all lighting within the Premises that may be visible from the exterior of the Premises. 8.
