Common use of Nuisances and Dangerous Substances Clause in Contracts

Nuisances and Dangerous Substances. Tenant will not conduct itself or permit its agents, employees, contractors or invitees to conduct themselves, in the Premises or anywhere on or in the Property in a manner which is offensive or unduly annoying to any other tenant or Landlord’s property managers. Tenant will not install or operate any phonograph, radio receiver, musical instrument, or television or other similar device which emits sound into the Common Area or the premises of any other tenant. Tenant will not use or keep in the Premises or the Building any kerosene, gasoline, naphtha, benzene or other combustible fluid or material other than appropriately stored limited quantities thereof reasonably necessary for the maintenance of office equipment. Without Landlord’s prior written approval, Tenant will not use any method of heating or air conditioning other than that supplied by Landlord. Tenant will not use or keep any foul or noxious gas or substance in the Premises or permit or suffer the Premises to by occupied or used in a manner offensive or objectionable to Landlord or other occupants of the Building by reason of noise, odors or vibrations. Tenant will not interfere in any way with other tenants or those having business in the Building. Tenant will not bring or keep any animals (except assistance dogs) in or about the Premises or the Building.
