Nuisances; Tenant Conduct. Tenant shall not: (a) make or permit any improper, objectionable or unpleasant noises or odors in the Premises or the Building, or otherwise interfere in any way with other tenants or persons having business with them; (b) solicit business or distribute, or cause to be distributed, in any portion of the Building any handbills, promotional materials, or other advertising; or (c) conduct or permit any other activities in the Building that might constitute a nuisance. Tenant shall not engage in any conduct that is physically or verbally abusive towards any other person while in the Building, the Common Areas or the Property, including other tenants, management employees or invitees.
