Common use of Null and Void Transfer Clause in Contracts

Null and Void Transfer. Unless waived by the Managing Member, any purported Transfer by any Additional Member (including transferees thereof or substituted members therefor) of any interest in the Company not made strictly in accordance with the provisions of this Section 7.2 or otherwise not permitted by this Agreement shall be entirely null and void.
