Nullity of Tenant’s Indemnification in Event of Negligence. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease, Tenant’s indemnification shall not extend to the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord’s agents, contractors, directors, employees, officers, partners or shareholders, nor to such events and occurrences for which Landlord otherwise carries insurance coverage.
