Common use of Nullity or unenforceability Clause in Contracts

Nullity or unenforceability. If any clause of this Agreement is declared in whole or in part, void or unenforceable, such nullity or unenforceability shall only affect the provision or the part thereof which is void or unenforceable, and the rest of the Agreement shall remain in force.
