Number and Classification. (a) The Board of Managers has five (5) members (the “Managers”). The number of Managers may be increased or decreased from time to time by the Board of Managers; provided, however, that upon Commencement of the Initial Public Offering, the total number of Managers shall be five (5) and shall never be fewer than three (3) nor more than ten (10).
