Number and Initial Managers Sample Clauses

Number and Initial Managers. The number of Managers constituting the Board of Managers shall be as determined by the Members in accordance with this Agreement, but in no instance shall there be less than one Manager. The initial number of Managers constituting the Board of Managers shall be three. The Members, by unanimous vote, may from time to time change the number of Managers constituting the Board of Managers by adopting resolutions to that effect. The Board of Managers shall be comprised as follows: (i) Two individuals designated by SeD B▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, who shall initially be C▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Fai and Chan T▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, one of which will be the Chairman of the Board of Managers; and (ii) one individual designated by CNQC, who shall initially be Li Gen Zhong.
