Number and Qualification of Arbitrators. The panel of arbitrators (the "Panel") shall consist of three arbitrators appointed in accordance with this Section 6.2 and the Arbitration Rules. Arbitrators shall meet the qualifications for arbitrators established by the AAA and, in addition, shall have significant experience in the electric industry and/or significant experience as an arbitrator in complex commercial matters.
