Common use of Number, Generally Clause in Contracts

Number, Generally. The total number of Warrant Shares shall equal the quotient obtained by dividing $10,000 by the Exercise Price, as adjusted pursuant to this Warrant.

Number, Generally. The total number of Warrant Shares shall equal the quotient obtained by dividing $10,000 20,000 by the Exercise Price, as adjusted pursuant to this Warrant.

Number, Generally. The total number of Warrant Shares shall equal the quotient obtained by dividing $10,000 90,000 by the Exercise Price, as adjusted pursuant to this Warrant.
