Common use of Number of Demand Registrations Clause in Contracts

Number of Demand Registrations. Subject to the provisions of Section 2(a), the Initiating Holders of Registrable Common Stock shall be entitled to request an aggregate of five (5) Demand Registrations. A registration shall not count as one of the permitted Demand Registrations (i) until it has become effective, (ii) if the Initiating Holder requesting such registration is not able to register and sell at least 50% of the Registrable Common Stock requested by such Initiating Holder to be included in such registration or (iii) in the case of a Demand Registration that would be the last permitted Demand Registration requested hereunder, if the Initiating Holder requesting such registration is not able to register and sell all of the Registrable Common Stock requested to be included by such Initiating Holder in such registration.

Number of Demand Registrations. Subject to the provisions of Section 2(a4(a), W-CO and the Initiating Holders of Registrable Common Stock G-CO Group shall each be entitled to request an aggregate of five two (52) Demand Registrations. A registration shall not count as one of the permitted Demand Registrations (i) until it has become effective, (ii) if the Initiating Holder requesting such registration is not able to register and sell at least 50% of the Registrable Common Stock Securities requested by such Initiating Holder to be included in such registration or (iii) in the case of a Demand Registration that would be the last permitted Demand Registration requested hereunder, if the Initiating Holder requesting such registration is not able to register and sell all of the Registrable Common Stock Securities requested to be included by such Initiating Holder in such registration.

Number of Demand Registrations. Subject to the provisions of Section ------------------------------ 2(a), the Initiating Holders of Registrable Common Stock shall be entitled to request an aggregate of five (5) three Demand Registrations; provided the Holders shall not be -------- entitled to request more than one Demand Registration during any 12-month period. A registration shall not count as one of the permitted Demand Registrations (i) until it has become effective, (ii) if the Initiating Holder Holders requesting such registration is are not able to register and sell at least 50% of the Registrable Common Stock Shares requested by such Initiating Holder to be included in such registration or (iii) in the case of a Demand Registration that would be the last permitted Demand Registration requested hereunder, if the Initiating Holder requesting such registration is not able to register and sell all of the Registrable Common Stock Shares requested to be included by such Initiating Holder in such registration.

A registration shall not count as one of the permitted Demand Registrations (i) until it has become effective, (ii) if the Initiating Holder Holders requesting such registration is are not able to register and sell at least 5090% of the Registrable Common Stock requested by such Initiating Holder Holders to be included in such registration or (iii) in the case of a Demand Registration that would be the last permitted Demand Registration requested hereunder, if the Initiating Holder Holders requesting such registration is are not able to register and sell all of the Registrable Common Stock requested to be included by such Initiating Holder Holders in such registration.

A registration shall not count as one of the permitted Demand Registrations (i) until it has become effective, (ii) if the Initiating Holder requesting such registration is not able to register and sell at least 50% of the Registrable Common Stock requested by such Initiating Holder to be included in such registration or Demand Registration, (iii) in the case of a Demand Registration that would be the last permitted Demand Registration requested hereunder, if the Initiating Holder requesting such registration is not able to register and sell all of the Registrable Common Stock requested to be included by such the Initiating Holder in such registrationDemand Registration, or (iv) if there is not Full Cooperation in connection therewith.

A registration shall not count as one of the permitted Demand Registrations (i) until it has become effective, (ii) if the Initiating Holder Holder(s) requesting such registration is not able to register and sell at least 50% of the Registrable Common Stock requested by such Initiating Holder Holder(s) to be included in such registration or (iii) in the case of a Demand Registration that would be the last permitted Demand Registration requested hereunder, if the Initiating Holder Holder(s) requesting such registration is not able to register and sell all of the Registrable Common Stock requested to be included by such Initiating Holder in such registration.

A registration shall not count as one of the permitted Demand Registrations (i) until it has become effective, (ii) if the Initiating Holder Holders requesting such registration is are not able to register have registered and sell sold at least 50% of the Registrable Common Stock Shares requested by such Initiating Holder Holders to be included in such registration or (iii) in the case of a Demand Registration that would be the last permitted Demand Registration requested hereunder, if the Initiating Holder Holders requesting such registration is are not able to register have registered and sell sold all of the Registrable Common Stock Shares requested to be included by such Initiating Holder Holders in such registration.

A registration shall not count as one of the permitted Demand Registrations (i) until it has become effective, (ii) if the Initiating Holder Holders requesting such registration is are not able to register have registered and sell sold at least 50% of the Registrable Common Stock Securities requested by such Initiating Holder Holders to be included in such registration registration, or (iii) in the case of a Demand Registration that would be the last permitted Demand Registration requested hereunder, if the Initiating Holder Holders requesting such registration is are not able to register have registered and sell sold all of the Registrable Common Stock Securities requested to be included by such Initiating Holder Holders in such registration.

A registration shall not count as one of the permitted Demand Registrations (i) until it has become effective, (ii) if the Initiating Holder Holders requesting such registration is are not able to register and sell at least 50% of the Registrable Common Stock requested by such Initiating Holder to be included in such registration or (iii) in the case of a Demand Registration that would be the last permitted Demand Registration requested hereunder, if the Initiating Holder requesting such registration is not able to register and sell all of the Registrable Common Stock requested to be included by such Initiating Holder in such registration.

A registration Registration Statement shall not count as one of the permitted Demand Registrations (i) until it has become effectivedeclared effective by the SEC, (ii) if the Initiating Holder Holders requesting such registration is are not able to register and sell at least 50% of the Registrable Common Stock Shares requested by such Initiating Holder to be included in such registration or (iii) in the case of a Demand Registration that would be the last permitted Demand Registration requested hereunder, if the Initiating Holder requesting such registration is not able to register and sell all of the Registrable Common Stock Shares requested to be included by such Initiating Holder in such registration.
