Common use of Number of Demand Registrations Clause in Contracts

Number of Demand Registrations. Subject to the provisions of Section 2(a), the Initiating Holders of Registrable Common Stock shall be entitled to request an aggregate of two (2) Demand Registrations. A registration shall not count as one of the permitted Demand Registrations (i) until it has become effective or (ii) if the Initiating Holders requesting such registration are not able to register and sell at least fifty percent (50%) of the Registrable Common Stock initially requested by such Initiating Holders to be included in such underwritten Demand Registration.

Number of Demand Registrations.
