Number of F-3 Registrations. Except as otherwise provided herein, there shall be no limit on the number of times that the Affiliate Investor may request an F-3 Registration, except that no more than one (1) F-3 Registration may be requested within any 12-month period. The Company shall not deem any registration requested by the Affiliate Investor pursuant to Section 4.1 to be a Demand Registration for purposes of Section 2.3.
