Number of fixtures. 1. Toilets and sinks shall be provided in the ratio of at least one toilet and at least one sink for every 4 residents and other occupants or a fraction thereof. At least one bathtub or shower shall be available for every 8 residents and other occupants or a fraction thereof.
2. Where fixtures are accessible only through a sleeping room, they may be counted as meeting the requirements for only the occupants of the sleeping room.
