Number of Issuer Trustees. (a) The number of Issuer Trustees shall be four, unless the Property Trustee also acts as the Delaware Trustee, in which case the number of Issuer Trustees may be three. (b) If an Issuer Trustee ceases to hold office for any reason, a vacancy shall occur. The vacancy shall be filled with an Issuer Trustee appointed in accordance with Section 8.10.
