Common use of Number of Piggy-Back Registrations; Expenses Clause in Contracts

Number of Piggy-Back Registrations; Expenses. The obligations of the Company under this Section 2 shall be unlimited with respect to each Rightsholder. Subject to the provisions of Section 4 hereof, the Company will pay all Registration Expenses in connection with any registration of Registerable Securities effected pursuant to this Section 2, but the Company shall not be responsible for the payment of any underwriter's discount, commission or selling concession in connection therewith.

Number of Piggy-Back Registrations; Expenses. The obligations of the Company under this Section 2 4(c) shall be unlimited with respect to each Rightsholder. Subject to the provisions of Section 4 4(e) hereof, the Company will pay all Registration Expenses in connection with any registration of Registerable Securities effected pursuant to this Section 24(c), but the Company shall not be responsible for the payment of any underwriter's discount, commission or selling concession in connection therewith.

Number of Piggy-Back Registrations; Expenses. The obligations of the Company under this Section 2 4.3 shall be unlimited with respect to each Rightsholder. Subject to the provisions of Section 4 4.5 hereof, the Company will pay all Registration Expenses in connection with any registration of Registerable Securities effected pursuant to this Section 24.3, but the Company shall not be responsible for the payment of any underwriter's discount, commission or selling concession in connection therewith.

Number of Piggy-Back Registrations; Expenses. The obligations of the Company under this Section 2 8 shall be unlimited with respect to each Rightsholder. Subject to the provisions of Section 4 8(d) hereof, the Company will pay all Registration Expenses (as defined below) in connection with any registration of Registerable Registrable Securities effected pursuant to this Section 28, but the Company shall not be responsible for the payment of any underwriter's ’s discount, commission or selling concession in connection therewith.

Number of Piggy-Back Registrations; Expenses. The obligations of the Company under this Section 2 6(c) shall be unlimited with respect to each Rightsholder. Subject to the provisions of Section 4 6(e) hereof, the Company will pay all Registration Expenses in connection with any registration of Registerable Securities effected pursuant to this Section 26(c), but the Company shall not be responsible for the payment of any underwriter's discount, commission or selling concession in connection therewith.

Number of Piggy-Back Registrations; Expenses. The obligations of the Company under this Section 2 3 shall be unlimited with respect to each Rightsholderholder of Registerable Securities. Subject to the provisions of Section 4 5 hereof, the Company will pay all Registration Expenses in connection with any registration of Registerable Securities effected pursuant to this Section 2, but the Company shall not be responsible for the payment of any underwriter's discount, commission or selling concession in connection therewith3.

Number of Piggy-Back Registrations; Expenses. The obligations of the Company under this Section 2 2(b) shall be unlimited limited with respect to each RightsholderRightsholder to one (1) exercise of piggyback rights. Subject to the provisions of Section 4 hereof, the Company will pay all Registration Expenses in connection with any registration of Registerable Securities effected pursuant to this Section 2, but the Company shall not be responsible for the payment of any underwriter's discount, commission or selling concession in connection therewith.
