Number of Piggy-Back Registrations; Expenses. The Rightsholders shall be entitled, in the aggregate, to two Piggy-Back Registrations. Subject to the provisions of paragraph 10(d) of this Warrant Certificate, the Company will pay all Registration Expenses in connection with any registration of Registerable Securities effected pursuant to this paragraph 10(b), but the Company shall not be responsible for the payment of any underwriter’s discount, commission or selling concession in connection therewith.
