Common use of Number of Piggy-Back Registrations; Expenses Clause in Contracts

Number of Piggy-Back Registrations; Expenses. The obligations of the Payor under this Section 5 shall be unlimited with respect to each Rightsholder. Subject to the provisions of Section 5.4 hereof, the Payor will pay all Registration Expenses (as defined below) in connection with any registration of Registrable Securities effected pursuant to this Section 5, but the Payor shall not be responsible for the payment of any underwriter’s discount, commission or selling concession in connection therewith.
