Common use of Number of Restricted Stock Units Granted Clause in Contracts

Number of Restricted Stock Units Granted. The Company hereby grants to the Participant, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the Plan, Restricted Stock Units of the Company (the “Units”). Each Unit represents the right to receive one share of the Company’s Common Stock (“Stock”) under the terms and conditions set forth in the Plan and this Agreement. The Participant agrees that the Units shall be subject to the restrictions on transfer set forth in Section 5 of this Agreement.

Number of Restricted Stock Units Granted. The On the Grant Date, the Company hereby grants granted to the Participant, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and in the Plan, Restricted Stock ______ Units of the Company (the “Units”). Each Unit represents representing the right to receive one share Shares of the Company’s Common Stock (“Stock”) under the terms and conditions set forth in the Plan and this Agreement. The Participant agrees that the Units shall be subject to the restrictions on transfer set forth in Section 5 of this Agreement.

The Participant agrees that the Units shall be subject to the restrictions on transfer set forth in Section 5 of this Agreement.
