Common use of Number of Shares Which May Be Purchased Clause in Contracts

Number of Shares Which May Be Purchased. This Warrant may be exercised to purchase up to that number of shares of Common Stock equal to the Aggregate Purchase Price divided by the Exercise Price (defined below), as adjusted from time to time pursuant to Section 12 hereof. All purchases hereunder shall be in cash.
