Number of Signed Copies, Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in two counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original for all purposes, and all of which together shall constitute one agreement.   • Counterparts; Fax Signatures This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts (including executed counterparts delivered and exchanged by facsimile transmission) with the same effect as if all signing parties had originally signed the same document, and all counterparts shall be construed together and shall constitute the same instrument. For all purposes, signatures delivered and exchanged by facsimile transmission shall be binding and effective to the same extent as original signatures.

  • Counterparts; Facsimile and PDF Signatures This Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which, when taken together, shall constitute one and the same document. A facsimile or portable document format (PDF) signature on this Amendment shall be equivalent to, and have the same force and effect as, an original signature.
