NUMBER OF VARIABLE ANNUITY UNITS. The number of Annuity Units for each applicable Subaccount is the amount of the first annuity payment attributable to that Subaccount divided by the value of the applicable Annuity Unit for that Subaccount as of the Annuity Date. The number will not change as a result of investment experience.
