The total maximum enrollment for one student shall be limited to one academic year. 4.2 The parties expect a strict balance to be maintained in the number of students exchanged during each academic year. In exceptional cases, and only with the agreement of the parties, an imbalance in the number of exchanged students will be permitted in any one academic year. In this case, the party that has sent fewer students will be eligible to send additional students, equal to the deficit, in subsequent academic years as negotiated by the parties. There shall be an annual review of numbers to ensure that a balance is maintained.
Numbers. 51.1. The mobile telephone number and any other numbers made available in connection with the use of the equipment and/or the Services remain the property of Comtact, the Customer being licensed during the term of the Contract only to use the mobile telephone number to gain access to the Network System. 51.2. The Customer may only apply to Comtact to transfer the mobile telephone numbers in relation to this Contract where those mobile telephones have been terminated in accordance with this Contract.

Numbers. You have no proprietary or ownership rights to, or interests in, a specific telephone number assigned to your equipment or account, except as provided by law. GTA may change the access number assigned to you and may require you to modify wireless telephone equipment accordingly at GTA's expense. Except as permitted by law, you may not assign a telephone number to any other equipment, and shall not program any other number into equipment provided for use with GTA services. GTA may deactivate or suspend service to any number without prior notice

Numbers. 6.1 O2 will allocate the Customer numbers for each ISDN Line. These will be the next available numbers in the number range and the Customer can not request a memorable number. 6.2 ISDN2e standard can have up to 10 MSNs (Multi Subscriber Numbers) associated. 6.3 ISDN2e system supports up to 5 DDI ranges. All numbers in all ranges will have the same service profile for ISDN2e system. 6.4 A Single number DDI (SNDDI) is provided as an individual number DDI range. A maximum of 5 SNDDI – which includes the main number - can be provided on an ISDN2e system. 6.5 Where the Customer wants to retain its existing telephone number and such number is not connected to the Network, additional migration work may be required. The Customer will provide O2 with any information required by O2 and O2 will have no responsibility for any delays in the commencement of the Services due to delay caused by the migration of the Customer‟s existing telephone number (including for any liability for failure to meet Service Levels). 6.6 At the Customer‟s request, O2 will arrange for the Customer‟s telephone number to be included within directory enquires and in the relevant BT telephone book for the area.
