Authorised Use. The Lessee shall not: (a) use the Leased Premises for any purpose other than the Authorised Use specified in item 1 of Schedule 1 or for any purpose for which the Leased Premises was not designed or designated; and (b) use each Facility, Service, item of Plant and Equipment, Lessor’s Chattels, the Lessee’s Building and Fixtures for a purpose for which it was not designed or designated.

Authorised Use. Bolt Bikes authorises you to use the Bike during the Term for reasonable business and personal use, subject to the proviso that such use must be predominantly for business purposes and must not involve operation of the Bike outside of reasonable and safe parameters. Authorised business use includes commercial delivery services, such as document or food delivery, in accordance with local road rules and legislation. Authorised personal use includes operation of the Bike on roads in accordance with local road rules and legislation. Unauthorised Use includes (but is not limited to) any business or personal use involving: a) the operation of the Bike by any person other than you; and b) the carriage of any person in addition to you; and c) the towing of another person, vehicle or other object; and d) the operation, use or involvement in any way of the Bike in violation of any laws or for an illegal purpose; and e) any race or competition.
Authorised Use. The Recipient warrants that appropriate ethical approval has been obtained for Authorised Use to be undertaken by them (having regard to the nature of the Authorised Use and applicable law) and that, where Authorised Use has not been approved by a recognised funder, Authorised Use will be undertaken with the intention of generating new knowledge and understanding using rigorous scientific methods and with the intention of publishing the research findings in the scientific community for wider scientific and eventual public benefit. If a Recipient wishes to test any additional hypotheses which are outside the scope of Authorised Use, it shall obtain the University’s prior written consent.

Unauthorised Use includes (but is not limited to) any business or personal use involving: (a) the operation of the Vehicle by any person other than you; (b) granting anyone legal rights over the Vehicle; (c) selling, lending or renting the Vehicle to anyone other than you; (d) the carriage of any person in addition to you; (e) the towing of another person, vehicle or other object; (f) the operation, use or involvement in any way of the Vehicle in violation of any laws or for an illegal purpose; (g) working on, modifying or attaching anything to the Vehicle; (h) overloading the Vehicle; (i) riding the Vehicle outside of the United Kingdom; (j) the carriage of hazardous goods requiring a separate licence from a government authority; (k) the use of the Vehicle for any other commercial use other than last mile food and/or grocery delivery; (l) the operation of the Vehicle on any other surface other than paved or gazetted roads within metro areas without the written permission of Zoomo; (m) any race or competition; and (n) the operation of the Vehicle outside of reasonable and safe parameters and/or in any negligent manner.
Authorised Use. Customer shall only use the XXXx to access the Network and receive the benefit of the Services. Customer shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that XXXx are only used with Customer’s authorisation and shall inform Vodafone as soon as is reasonably practicable after Customer becomes aware that a SIM is lost, stolen or damaged. Customer will be liable for any loss or damage suffered by Customer as a result of unauthorised use of XXXx (including due to loss or theft) up to the time that Customer has notified Vodafone that such SIM is being used without Customer’s authorisation.

On a specified number of Mobile Applications defined by the License Size and on a specified number of e-books defined by the License Size, under the following conditions: a) Every workstation used to design any websites, mobile Application, e-Book or for broadcasting must be covered by a valid License. b) The domain’s name of the website must belong to You. c) You shall use exclusively @font-face to embed the fonts in websites. d) In mobile apps and e-Books, only the provided OTF (.otf) shall be used.
