Common use of Nurse(s) on Recall List Clause in Contracts

Nurse(s) on Recall List. Notwithstanding any provision of this Article, all available casual work shall be first offered to a Nurse who has recall rights provided she possesses the necessary qualifications, skills, and abilities, as determined by the Employer, reflecting the functions of the job concerned. A Nurse on the Recall List may instruct the Employer to remove the Nurse’s name from a Work Area Specific Casual List at the time of layoff notice or any time during the recall period as specified in Article 32.
