Nuvolo Ownership Sample Clauses

Nuvolo Ownership. As between Nuvolo and End Customer, all rights, title, and interest in and to all intellectual property rights in the Subscription Service are owned exclusively by Nuvolo notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement or any other agreement as signed between the parties. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Nuvolo reserves all rights in the Subscription Service and does not grant End Customer any rights, express or implied or by estoppel.
