Common use of NYSERDA’s Ownership Rights Clause in Contracts

NYSERDA’s Ownership Rights. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that except as stated in subsection (C) of this section, the Contractor Content, Data, and Documentation, are and shall be the property of NYSERDA. Title to any and all now known or hereafter known tangible and intangible intellectual property rights including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents and trade secrets in the Contractor Content, Data, and Documentation is with, and shall remain with NYSERDA.
