Common use of O Flexibility Clause in Contracts

It is recognised by the parties that job creation and quality of life is vital to employees and the Electrical and Communications Contracting Industry therefore flexibility in taking RDOs may be achieved by the Employer and an employee(s) agreeing to change their RDOs to another mutually convenient day.
