OBEY LAWS. A. The Contractor shall obey all laws, ordinances and regulations of the United States, the State of Utah, and Park City in performing this Agreement. B. The Contractor shall register and participate in E-Verify, or an equivalent program. The Contractor agrees to verify employment eligibility through E- Verify, or an equivalent program, for each new employee that is employed within Utah, unless exempted by Utah Code § 63G-12-302.
