Objection Deadline. “Objection Deadline” means the date agreed upon by the Parties, or otherwise ordered by the Court in the Preliminary Approval Order, by which any Class Members who wish to do so must object to the Settlement Agreement’s terms or provisions and submit any required statements, proof, or other materials and/or argument.

Objection Deadline. “Objection Deadline” means the date agreed upon by the Parties, Parties or otherwise ordered by the Court in the Preliminary Approval Order, Order by which any Class Members who wish to do so must object send to the Court and serve on the Parties any objections to the Settlement Agreement’s terms or provisions and submit any required statements, proof, or other materials and/or or argument. The Objection Deadline shall be no later than 30 days before the date first set for the Final Approval Hearing.
