Objection to Option Rent. If Tenant wishes to contest the Option Rent stated in the Option Rent Notice, Tenant must provide, with the Exercise Notice, written notice to Landlord that Tenant objects to the stated Option Rent. If Tenant provides such written objection, the parties shall follow the procedure described in Section 25.2, and the Option Rent shall be determined as set forth in that Section.
