Objections committee. You can submit a complaint about, or objection to, a decision made by KPN Contact, an action it has performed or failed to perform, or a decision it has made in relation to you or your employment conditions. The decision, action or refusal must affect your interests disproportionately. KPN Contact has a separate objections committee that will advise on your complaint or objection. Your complaint or objection will be handled according to the rules contained in the ‘General objection and appeal procedure’. KPN Contact sets these rules in consultation with the Works Council. This procedure has been published on TEAMKPN Online. You cannot make use of this objection procedure for complaints about job grading. There is a separate ‘Job grading objection and appeal procedure’ for these complaints.
