Common use of Obligation After Termination Clause in Contracts

Obligation After Termination. Upon termination of this ------------------------------- Agreement, as hereinabove provided, neither Party shall have any further obligations hereunder except for (i) obligations accruing prior to the date of termination, including, without limitation, payment of the Management Fee relating to services provided prior to the termination of this Agreement; (ii) obligations, promises, or covenants set forth herein that are expressly made to extend beyond the Term, including, without limitation, insurance, indemnities and non-competition provisions, which provisions shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement; (iii) the obligation of the Practice described in Section 6.4; and (iv) the obligation of the Practice to repay amounts advanced by Professional Business Manager to the Practice.
