Obligation Not Affected. Except as expressly provided in this Schedule II, nothing contained in this Schedule II or elsewhere in this Note shall affect the obligation of the Maker to make payments of the principal of or interest on this Note at any time in accordance with the provisions hereof.
Obligation Not Affected. The obligation of any Lender to make any Loan hereunder shall not be affected by the failure of any other Lender to make any Loan under this Agreement, and no Lender shall have any liability to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, Agents, any other Lender, or any other Person for another Lender’s failure to make any Loan hereunder.
Obligation Not Affected. No:
(a) review that may be undertaken of the Facility Management Plan; or
(b) comment, assent, approval or suggestion given by or on behalf of the Principal in relation to that Facility Management Plan, relieves the Contractor of the Contractor Obligation.
Obligation Not Affected. The obligations of ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ under this ----------------------- Pledge Agreement are absolute and unconditional, shall remain in full force and effect without regard to, and shall not be released, discharged or in any way impaired or affected by:
(a) any assignment or transfer of the Note; (b) any exercise or non-exercise by any holder of the Note or by the Company of any right, power or remedy under or in respect of this Pledge Agreement or the Note, or any assignment or transfer of any thereof, or any waiver of any such right, power or remedy; (c) any waiver, consent, extension, indulgence or other action or inaction in respect to of this Pledge Agreement or the Note; or (d) any bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, arrangement, readjustment, composition, liquidation, or the like, of the Company; whether or not ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall leave notice or knowledge of any of the foregoing.
Obligation Not Affected. No:
(a) review that may be undertaken of the Contractor's maintenance manual; or
(b) comment, assent, approval or suggestion given by or on behalf of the Principal in relation to that maintenance manual, relieves the Contractor of the Contractor Obligation.
