Obligation of a Party to Fund. Each Party agrees to fund its allocated share of Northern Tier’s budget so long as the budget is established, amended and allocated according to Section 5. In addition, each Party agrees to fund and maintain its allocated share of the Minimum Cash Balance as established by Section 6.1.
