Obligation of confidence. The Executive must: (a) Maintain the confidential nature of the Confidential Information; (b) Not disclose, publish, part with the possession of or otherwise provide any Confidential Information to any person except under clause 24.2; (c) Not use the Confidential Information for the Executive’s own advantage or to the competitive disadvantage of the Company; and (d) Not copy or duplicate or allow the copying or duplication of any Confidential Information.
