Common use of Obligation of Term Loan Lenders Clause in Contracts

Obligation of Term Loan Lenders. No Term Loan Lender (which for purposes of this subsection (d) shall include (if and as applicable) each Additional Term Loan Lender) shall be responsible for the failure of any other Term Loan Lender to advance its portion of the Term Loans (which, for purposes of this subsection (d) shall include (if and as applicable) each Additional Term Loan Advance) or to perform any other obligation to be made or performed by such other Term Loan Lender hereunder, and the failure of any Term Loan Lender to advance its portion of the Term Loans or to perform any other obligation to be made or performed by it hereunder shall not relieve the obligation of any other Term Loan Lender to advance its portion of such Term Loan or to perform any other obligation to be made or performed by such other Lender.

Obligation of Term Loan Lenders. No Term Loan Lender (which for purposes of this subsection (db) shall include (if and as applicable) each Additional Term Loan Lender or New Term Loan Lender) shall be responsible for the failure of any other Term Loan Lender to advance its portion of the applicable Term Loans Loan (which, for purposes of this subsection (db) shall include (if and as applicable) each Additional Term Loan Advance, and each New Term Loan) or to perform any other obligation to be made or performed by such other Term Loan Lender hereunder, and the failure of any Term Loan Lender to advance its portion of the applicable Term Loans Loan or to perform any other obligation to be made or performed by it hereunder shall not relieve the obligation of any other Term Loan Lender to advance its portion of such Term Loan or to perform any other obligation to be made or performed by such other Lender.

No Without limitation of the foregoing, no Term Loan Lender (which for purposes of this subsection (de) shall include (if and as applicable) each Additional Term Loan Lender or New Term Loan Lender) shall be responsible for the failure of any other Term Loan Lender to advance its portion of the applicable Term Loans Loan (which, for purposes of this subsection (de) shall include (if and as applicable) each Additional Term Loan Advance, each New Term Loan and each reborrowing of Tranche A-2 Term Loans) or to perform any other obligation to be made or performed by such other Term Loan Lender hereunder, and the failure of any Term Loan Lender to advance its portion of the applicable Term Loans Loan or to perform any other obligation to be made or performed by it hereunder shall not relieve the obligation of any other Term Loan Lender to advance its portion of such Term Loan or to perform any other obligation to be made or performed by such other Lender.
