Common use of Obligation of the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Obligation of the Borrower. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall affect the obligation of the Borrower to make, or prevent the Borrower from making, payment of the principal of or interest on the Debt, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement and the SFP Note.
