Common use of Obligation of the General Partner Clause in Contracts

Obligation of the General Partner. The General Partner shall: (a) devote to the Partnership and apply to the accomplishment of the Partnership purposes so much of its time and attention as is necessary or advisable to manage properly the affairs of the Partnership; (b) maintain the Capital Account for each Partner; and (c) cause the Partnership to enter into and carry out the obligations of the Partnership contained in the agreements with Affiliates of the General Partner as described in the Prospectus and cause the Partnership not to take any action in violation of such agreements.
