Obligation on Return - College. The College recognizes that a paid leave is a temporary absence and at its conclusion the recipient will return to the position held when the leave began with all salary and benefits. Any modification in salary and/or benefit programs will be implemented for the individual on paid administrative leave on the effective date of such change.
