OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF EMPLOYER. The employer shall arrange vocational training at the employer’s training Centre as may be required in conformation with V.T. Rule and the nature of work. Certificate to workers, completing training successfully shall be issued. Record of such trainees with their photograph shall be maintained.
