Obligation to Bargain Matters Not Covered by this Agreement. Except as provided by this Agreement and applicable law, the College will satisfy its collective bargaining obligation prior to changing any term or condition of faculty employment. Further, the College will satisfy its bargaining obligation regarding the impact of any decisions made by the College in the exercise of its lawful managerial rights which affect faculty wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.
